1. Shipping Information and Delivery Times

1.1. Processing and Delivery Timeframes
All products available on maresya.com are shipped directly from our fulfillment centers to the address provided at checkout.

Order Processing: Product dispatch occurs within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Time (United States): Our "Free Shipping" option (Cost $0.00) typically takes 4 to 15 business days for delivery, depending on your location within the United States, after the order has been processed.

We provide a tracking number for every order so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Note: In certain cases, this delivery time may be extended by a few business days due to delays, holidays, high demand periods, or other situations beyond our control involving the logistics carriers.

1.2. Insured Shipping Guarantee
Maresya guarantees the delivery of your order. We undertake to refund the full amount paid for products that are lost during the delivery process. All products are shipped with insurance against loss and free online tracking.
Full Refund Guarantee: If the product is delayed and not delivered within 60 business days of posting, we will issue a 100% refund of the amount paid.

1.3. Multiple Shipments
Please Note: You may receive more than one package, as your products may come from different fulfillment centers. Therefore, if you receive one product first and then another later, please rest assured that this is completely normal.

1.4. Order Tracking
Products will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, or other local carriers. There will always be a tracking code allowing you to follow the delivery progress. The tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as it becomes available (usually within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation).

2.1. Address Accuracy
Maresya will arrange for the shipment of products to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, to avoid any delivery issues, please ensure the accuracy and completeness of the address provided at checkout.

2.2. Absent Recipient
Carriers typically make attempts to deliver. If the carrier cannot deliver the package, it may be taken to the nearest post office or carrier facility. In this case, it is the recipient's responsibility to pick it up within the timeframe determined by the carrier. If the package is returned to the sender due to failure to pick up, we offer to reship the product at no additional cost.

2.3. Customs and Duties
Maresya covers all customs duties, taxes, or dispatch fees. You only pay the final price of the product as described on our website—no hidden fees.
