Return Policy

Returns & "Change of Mind":

If you purchased a product through maresya.com, received the product in perfect condition, and are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return through our Customer Service team at contato@maresya.com.

Return Window:

You have up to 30 days after receiving the product to initiate a return request.

Note: This cooling-off period is designed to protect you as a consumer. However, this policy is for inspecting the product, not for "testing" or wearing it for an extended period.

Return Conditions:

  • The merchandise must be returned to the address provided by our support team.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The product must be accompanied by the proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • The product must not show any signs of use, wear, or damage.

Warning: Products sent outside of these specifications will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.

Refunds:

  • Credit Card: The refund may appear on your statement within up to 2 billing cycles, depending on your card issuer.
  • Attention: Refunds are processed only after the receipt and inspection of the product(s) at our Distribution Center.

Exchange Policy & Warranty

Defective Products:

Maresya products are backed by a warranty against manufacturing defects.

How to request an evaluation for defects:

  • Contact us at contato@maresya.com with photos or videos of the defect.
  • Once approved, return the product in its original packaging (if available).
  • Include proof of purchase.
  • Include a brief written description of the defect and how the product was used.

Defect Analysis:

The evaluation of defects will be carried out by our quality control team.

  • Average completion time: 5 to 7 business days after receiving the product.

If the Exchange is Approved:

  • You will receive a replacement of the same product at your address at no additional cost.
  • If the same model is out of stock, you will be notified and may choose another model of equal value or receive a full refund.

If the Exchange is Denied:

  • The product will be returned to the customer with an explanation of the denial, without the right to substitution.

Reasons for Denial:

  • Absence of defect (damage pointed out by the customer was not found).
  • Evidence of inappropriate use of the product.
  • Evidence of accidental damage.
  • Natural wear and tear due to use (unless covered by our Lifetime Color Warranty).

Automatic Cancellation by Maresya

Automatic Order Cancellation:

Order cancellation and release of products by Maresya will occur automatically in the following situations:

  • Impossibility of processing the payment (declined credit card).
  • Inconsistency of data filled in the order.
  • Out of stock.

Refunds initiated by Maresya will occur in the following situations:

  • Impossibility of delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. In this case, the product returns to our Distribution Center, and Maresya refunds the product price (excluding shipping costs).
  • If a purchased item is found to be out of stock. In these situations, the buyer will be communicated with, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
