Shipping Address Accuracy:

In case of an error in the address provided by the customer that results in a returned package, a reshipping fee may apply.

Delivery & Absence:

  • Our deliveries are carried out by USPS, FedEx, or local carriers. They typically attempt delivery or leave the package in your mailbox/secure location. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be held at the nearest post office or carrier facility for pickup. If not picked up within the carrier's timeframe, it may be returned to us.

Order Cancellation:

  • Once the product has been dispatched/shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return the product after delivery, please refer to our Exchange and Return Policy.

Processing Time:

  • Your product is typically dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification as soon as it ships.

Tracking Code:

  • You will receive the tracking number for your order via email, allowing you to follow the delivery from dispatch to arrival. For orders with multiple items, you may receive multiple tracking codes if items are shipped from different fulfillment centers.

Product Colors & Appearance:

  • The colors of the products displayed on our website may present slight variations due to different screen settings on devices. Product photos are taken with professional lighting, which can also influence color perception.

Jewelry Care:

  • Although Maresya jewelry is waterproof and designed for daily wear, to maintain the maximum shine of your pieces for years to come, we recommend occasionally wiping them with a soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive chemicals to clean the jewelry.
