1. Cancellation Before Shipping:

You may cancel your order for a full refund before it has been shipped.

  • Process: Once confirmed that the item has not shipped, we will process your full refund to your original payment method.

2. Returns After Delivery (Change of Mind):

If you change your mind and wish to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of delivery.

  • What you need to do: Send an email to help@maresya.com requesting the return for a refund, including the product name, order number, and email used for the purchase.

  • Return Shipping Cost: We will send a return shipping label to your email free of charge (We cover the cost of return shipping for customer satisfaction returns).

  • Process: You are responsible for packing the product, attaching the label, and dropping it off within 7 days of receiving the label. Once the item arrives at our facility and passes inspection, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

3. Defective or Damaged Items (Manufacturing Defect / Transit Damage):

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or breaks due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days, we will cover the return or provide an exchange.

  • What you need to do: Send an email to help@maresya.com with the product name, order number, a description of the defect, and an attached photo or video proving the defect.

  • Return Shipping Cost: We will send a return shipping label to your email free of charge.

  • Process:

    • For Refunds: Once the product arrives at our facility, we will process the full refund to your original payment method.

    • For Replacements (Exchange): We will send a new product immediately upon confirmation of the defect and provide you with a new tracking number, often before receiving the damaged item back.
