Orders & Returns

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn jewelry with original tags and packaging. Items must be returned in their original condition. We cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns (including cases of defect/damage and change of mind), as detailed in our full Return Policy. Personalized or custom pieces are considered final sale.

You can change or cancel your order before it has been processed and dispatched for shipping (typically within 1 to 3 business days, as stated in our Shipping Policy). If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will process a full refund. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to make changes.

Product Information

Yes! All our jewelry is made with authentic 925 sterling silver or 10k gold plating over a sterling silver base. We never use cheap metals or fake materials. Each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity.

All jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This includes issues with stamping, shine, or plating. Normal wear and tear, loss, or damage from misuse are not covered.

Store pieces separately in soft pouches to prevent scratching. Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising. Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals and perfumes.

Shipping and Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through our website or directly on the carrier's site. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear.

Maresya offers Free Standard Shipping on ALL orders within the United States, regardless of the order value. The delivery time for Standard Shipping is typically 4 to 15 business days (plus 1 to 3 days for processing). All delivery times are clearly stated in our Shipping Policy.
